With over 15 years experience working within the Health and Fitness Industry as Exercise Referral Specialists and Personal Trainers. Body Heart and Mind’s mission is to create a healthy balance in one’s life by helping people to improve activities of daily living.

We are based in NW London, but cover most of the London area, working with Health Professionals such as GPs, a Private Medical Centre to the man or woman who would like to improve their health and well being.

We also have a Personal Trainer in the Bristol area.

We aim to reduce the incidence of ill health or halt the progression of diseases such as Coronary Heart Disease. (CHD)

We help with the prevention and /or management of many chronic conditions such Diabetes, Obesity, Diabetes, Osteoporosis, Arthritis, Hypertension etc. We also work on Cardiovascular Health & Rehabilitation.

We focus on helping people to recover from and manage certain conditions which may benefit from regular physical activity and tailor-made exercise;

We can help everyone regardless of your goals, it could be: Fitness, Weight Management, Body building or if your aim is to tone and shape your figure or physique.

  • Outdoors (Local Park etc)
  • Private Gym/Studio Setting

We can help everyone those new to exercise, those who want to do physical activity/exercise for general health, experienced exercisers, sports specific workouts schedule or those wishing to sculpt their bodies.
