We have the knowledge and expertise to help individuals who have been referred,
to offer safe and effective exercise programming
for individuals with cardiovascular disease.
We do this by ensuring the exercise program/schedules are
appropriate, effective and personalised to that individual.

PROGRAMME ONE

COMFORT OF YOUR HOME - 10 weeks
Safe and effective progressive individually tailored exercise plan. Using a variety of body weight, weights, resistance bands etc ensuring the workouts are safe, varied and fun.
Initial sub maximal functional fitness assessment (optional)
Maximal Exercise Tolerance Test (optional)

PRIVATE GYM/STUDIO - 10 weeks
Safe and effective progressive individually tailored exercise plan. Utilising a variety of gym equipment available, ensuring the sessions are safe, varied and fun.
