Body Heart and Mind aim to deliver exercise/physical activity for individuals

to maximise recovery, and long term positive effects over rehabilitation.

 

We have the knowledge and expertise to help individuals who have been referred,

to offer safe and effective exercise programming

for individuals with cardiovascular disease.

We do this by ensuring the exercise program/schedules are

appropriate, effective and personalised to that individual.

We understand and are aware of special conditions and prescribed medications; therefore the advice we give is always safe, effective and produces results.

 

We believe physical activity should also be fun.

PROGRAMME ONE

COMFORT OF YOUR HOME  - 10 weeks 

Safe and effective progressive individually tailored exercise plan. Using a variety of body weight, weights, resistance bands etc ensuring the workouts are safe, varied and fun.

PRIVATE GYM/STUDIO - 10 weeks
