

Claudia is an International performing artist, singer, instructor and choreographer. In her eight years of belly dancing at professional level she has been invited to perform from The Royal Albert Hall & The Ritz all the way to the Sea Club Sharm (Sharm El Sheikh).

There are many benefits to learning this art form: you’ll be able to see & feel your body do movements you never thought possible. Belly dancing also enables you to keep fit, gain confidence & feel sensual in your own skin. Belly dancing is a non-impact, weight-bearing exercise. Most of the movements involve isolating different parts of the body (hips, shoulders, chest, stomach, pelvic area etc.) Attend the classes to help release tension, grow in strength, beauty and energy.Classes are challenging, safe and fun, allowing students to progress while feeling comfortable.

Learn basic stretches, isolation exercises, correct posture as well as basic belly dancing movements to tone-up thighs, tums and bums
